Liebherr Construction Equipment Co. is pleased to announce its participation and full sponsorship of the upcoming 2009 Operators’ Precision Challenge.  This outdoor competition is part of the World of Concrete special events and contests produced by Hanley Wood LLC.  

The contest will take place at the Gold Lot outside the Las Vegas Convention Center from Tuesday, Feb 3 to Friday, Feb 6, 2009.

The Operators’ Precision Challenge is a hands-on competition geared towards experienced heavy equipment operators and contractors that want to check out and demo the latest in construction equipment technology.

Liebherr invites you to participate in this free event where contestants will have the opportunity to test-drive one of Liebherr’s New Generation Tier III, R924 Compact Swing Excavator. This excavator is equipped with a Liebherr patented quick coupler system “LIKUFIX”. A quick coupler with a big dose of technology; this sophisticated system allows the operator to change between different hydraulic tools without leaving the cab or requiring another worker to manually connect hydraulic hoses, saving time and increasing productivity.  Compete for the Best Precision Excavator Operator’s Title and win the Grand Prize.
